New Zealand Immigration medical exam
Dr. Wojtek Ciszak and Dr. Nichole Sturwold are Panel Physicians for New Zealand Immigration |
We are ready to help you with your medical examination for New Zealand. The enire process is completed in one visit and at one location. Our report will be submitted via the eMedical electronic system operated jointly by the Canadian, New Zealand and Australian governments.
How to do it in 3 easy steps:
Decide if our clinic suits you
Book an appointment
Please click below to book an appointment for a single person or a family. As of this moment, the earliest available appointment is next week.
Visit our office
When you arrive in our office, you will be seen during your reserved time. The whole visit may take between 45 minutes (for a single person on a quiet day) and up to 2.5 hours for a family of four on a busy day.
You will have a limited physical examination by the panel doctor. This does not involve an internal examination or breast examination. See detailed description of the examination.
A chaperone is offered to all females examined by Dr. Ciszak.
Depending on age, you may also need a chest X-ray and laboratory tests, both in the same building. The tests do not require fasting.
If you are pregnant and are concerned about X-rays, read X-ray in pregnancy.
Afterwards
As soon as your medical report is complete, usually in 3-5 days, we will transmit it to Immigration New Zealand in Wellington via the eMedical portal. If any of your tests are abnormal we will discuss it with you before submitting the eMedical report.
The decision is made exclusively by Immigration New Zealand (INZ), based on the medical information collected by the doctor, not on his opinion or recommendation. After the report is submitted, the doctor has no further access to the case and is not informed about the outcome of your application. You will receive a response directly from INZ.
