Immigration medical for New Zealand
This page is of interest to persons who must undergo a medical examination for New Zealand Immigration or visa and who are in the Vancouver area
Dr Ciszak also performs medical examinations required by the New Zealand government. The procedure is similar to the Australian immigration medical, except that the forms are much more complex, the physical examination is more thorough and more tests are required.
The doctor's fee for this examination is $175, the X-ray is $50 and laboratory costs are variable but are at least $100.
